• We accept exchanges for items that are in unused and undamaged condition, as well as in their original packaging.

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges beyond this period.

Exchange Process:

• Once you've contacted us and received authorization for an exchange, you can return the item to us. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process the exchange for an item of equal value.

Shipping Costs:

• You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange. These costs are non-refundable.
